Complianz with ExactMetrics (formally GADWP)

    Hi

    I recently installed Complianz to meet the requirements of the GDPR and Cookies on a website I manage.

    The website employs the use of the GADWP (now known as ExactMetrtics) to display the Google Analytics Data to logged in users.

    When running the “Site Health Tool”, ExactMetrics flags up a critical error of duplicate GA Codes – as Complianz requires this information too.

    Is there a way to run Complianz and EM together?

    Hi @gaznicki2504,

    If you run the wizard to Cookies > Statistics, you will see we integrated with GADWP. I don’t know if the last update of ExactMetrics changed anything. I will check this out myself as well.

    Please try to run the wizard again and see if this works for you. regards Aert

    I have re-run the Wizard but the same issue occurs.

    Under Site Health, ExactMetrics reports the critical error that the Google Analytics is duplicated.

    Hi @gaznicki2504,

    Please disable the integration under “Integrations” -> go to Statistics > and select Yes, Anonymous on the question: Do you compile statistics of your website?

    We see the last update from ExactMetrics changed the code significantly and we’re working on an update for this integration.
