It seems like none of the Elementor components are functioning properly. For example, slides are not sliding, and accordions are not opening. There is nothing blocking any JS files.

    Things I have tried:

    • Updated the plugin to the latest version.
    • Disabled all other plugins.
    • Changed the theme
    • Cleared Cache
    • Regenerate Files & Data
    • Changed CSS Print Method

    Hi @osamaelmasri

Thank you for providing these details. However, the page URL you sent is returning the 404 error: https://prnt.sc/KF4cqtZE6F_P

I checked the slider on your homepage and it is working as expected. Please check the following screen recording: https://www.loom.com/share/89ac156914ee4f2cb902ac5a30a49302

Please note that the Slides widget is part of the Elementor Pro plugin. For reference:

If you are using Elementor Pro, you can open a support ticket via My Elementor Account > Support Center. Please read how you can get premium support and what Elementor support covers on the following link.

Commercial plugins and themes are not sold on www.ads-software.com. Therefore, you need to use their respective websites for support and reviews. For reference, please check the WordPress Forum Guidelines.

    I hope for your understanding.

    Have a great day!

Hello, after hours of debugging, it turned out that we were using the .load() jQuery function in one of the JavaScript files. Replacing or removing it resolved the issue. It was strange, as that single line was causing the entire Elementor and Essential Addons JavaScript to stop functioning, and none of the components were working as intended.
