Components Reordering and Dissapearing when editing

Hi!
I’m not a newbie, but certainly not proficient in WordPress, so bear with me.

I have created a subdomain of my website to try out Aesop with a fresh WordPress install. I’m using your sample theme from Github. I have no plugins installed except Aesop.

When I add a new component, the top component typically disappears.

Each time I edit a Content component, the image link disappears, a ton of extra code is added at the bottom of the post and the top component drops to the end or it disappears.

Of course, this is an unpublished post. Let me know if I have to publish it for assistance.

Any ideas or seen this issue before?
