Composite Products – Help to remove data that populates underneath drop down

I’m using composite products with 3 drop down menus on one of my products.

I want to disable/omit/delete ALL the data that populates underneath the drop down menu when the user selects something from the drop down menus. By default, it loads title, thumbnail, price, description etc. I know you can disable some of the stuff, like description and thumbnail, but you can’t disable it all. I want to disable everything. Even the “Clear Selection” link that shows up.

I just want a clean list of 3 drop down menus with choices selected just like when it loads the page.

Please tell me what file(s) to edit to omit this information from populating underneath the drop down menu when an option is selected.
