Compounding Period Setting not updating my payment calculation

Monthly payment is incorrect by a few dollars. I tried adjusting the Compounding Period, in the settings, but the calculation is still the same. This setting does not seem to update after I save it.
Other changes seem to change, such as input labels and payment period dropdown.

My selection does save when I log out and back in, in the settings, but the payment calculation is still the same as when it was setup with Semi-Annual Compounding.
