• I have the form field for a date (using the date picker). What I would like to do is email the form field date + 1 day. I have found numerous solutions for using the date stamp (_date) +1 day but not a dynamic field. Any help would be appreciated. I went through 200 pages of this help forum with no luck along with hours of google.

Any help is more than I can figure out right now.

    Thanks

    Nick

  • Hey Nick,

Did you have any luck with this? I would love to know if you go this sorted. I’ve done a lot of Google hours but not quite the 200 pages of this forum.

    Thanks a lot,

    Matt

This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.

No luck, but as davmerit suggested I am going to try a premium form plugin. The client request is for issuing parking passes for a city suburb. The client would like citizens to fill out the form online and then receive an email with a printable attachment noting the specifics of the parking pass times and dates. I will let you know how it turns out.

Great, thanks for that Nick. I appreciate your reply.

    Cheers.

I used gravity forms, tweaked it with this code: https://gravitywiz.com/populate-dates-gravity-form-fields/
and used Gravity PDF plugin to get the PDF attachment piece working. Overall it was not too difficult.
