    I just went to that URL and performed a search on 29464 and it worked properly. You need to provide more details before I can even start to guess what may be wrong.

    The only other information I have from them is they are using Windows 7 & Internet Explorer 8. I haven’t upgraded to the latest version of StoreLocator Plus yet and I’m planning to do that today. Then I will check with this customer to see if it’s working for them. I’m just wondering if you’ve ever heard of this. Thanks for your help. Also, I would love it if this plugin had the capability of exporting. I know it’s not a priority but I would pay for the plugin enhancement if you offered it.
