One of the persons working on this website has added 11 products and saved them als concept.

In the product overview I see Concepts (12) but when clicking on Concepts (12) only 1 product is listed.

It is a multilingual website but at the moment only one language is being created. Even when selecting all languages I only see the 1 concept product.

Where are the 11 other concepts?

    Hi @margrietburorader

I understand you’re having trouble locating the 11 concept products on your website. This issue could be related to a caching problem or a filter setting in your WooCommerce setup.

First, try clearing your website and browser cache. If the issue persists, ensure that you do not have any filters set up that might be hiding these products.

If you’re still unable to locate these products, they may have been saved under a different user account. If this is the case, you would need to log in as an admin user or with that specific account to see them.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.

    Hi @margrietburorader,

I’m sorry to hear that the issue with locating the concept products persists. This does seem unusual.

As a next step, I suggest checking if any product visibility settings are applied. Sometimes, products can be hidden from the catalog or search results, which might be why they are not showing up.

Additionally, please verify if these products were saved as “Private”. Private products are only visible to site admins and the users who created them.

Also, you might want to check if there is any conflict with other plugins. Deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it’s resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.

If none of these steps help, please provide us with some additional information, such as the user role of the person who added these products and any error messages you might have encountered.

You could also provide screenshots showing the issue on your end. Make sure to include screenshots from the product creator and your end. For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

This will help us better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution.

Thank you for your cooperation. We’re here to help you resolve this issue.
