concerns about website content

I have recently received a message saying there are concerns about website content and now I cant post anything or do anything on my webpage i have tried messaging back but i havnt heard anything yet. i am unsure what the concern is and need to find out so i can take it off the site and get my website up and running again does anyone know what i can do?
