Condensing and forwarding RSS feeds

I am trying to get people off of the base feed for my wordpress blog. The location of the feed is “.com/index.php/feed”. I would like to have people allready subscribed to that feed to be automaticly signed up for the feed but run through a service(like feedburner). This is very important so thank you in advance for any help you can give.

I just don’t want to have a segmented group of subscribers.
