Condition all Posts with Tag

hi,
i have noticed, that the condition for custom sidebar with tags doesnt work the same as with category, with categories i can define the category and ‘all post of…’ with tag i can only select the tag, which is then not to see at each single post with the tag (just to see at the listing of all posts with the tag)

how can i set the condition the same as with categories with posts?
