Condition – Radio Button does not work

Hey,

so my first problem:
– on Chrome: the checkbox click only works for admins, but not for user created with the plugin

my second problem with the Radio buttons
– default not working: I changed the checkboxes and added radio buttons (simple Yes / No) – check works, but – I did try to add a default it to No – but that does not work
– condition not working: when I want to show a certain field if yes is clicked I entered under “Manage conditional fields support” for that field
Show IF Radio contains Yes
does not work – tried the “equals to” as well, but does not work ??
I even tried just having a “Yes” Radio button and have the field below as “show if radio not empty” – does not work either

What am I doing wrong?
Again – this issue exists in Chrome and only on Ultimate member user roles
