Conditional argument when no children found

    I love your plugin… it works very nicely.
    I was wondering if you had a way to conditionally suppress the output when there are no children or categories to list?
    I want to have a heading lead off the list, but if there is nothing there to list out, I don’t want to see a heading with nothing under it.

    Any suggestions?
