Conditional choices not being included with sent email

Thank you for the form.

Not sure if I got the error here.

If the user didn’t select anything on the interface it should expect to get an empty value and only get what the user selected:

For example if I select Web and Facebook I get the correct information:

In case you would like to avoid those empty lines you can configure the email conditionals and create different templates based on the selection.

When we select the option it works fine, in case the hidden is not selected it won’t show in the email, so creating an email conditional would be the fix for it.

However, in case you select the field, https://monosnap.com/file/9GIUMbu0CuBjHWTj0QweTWZGZwkWYI and still not receive in the email the selected information then we would need to troubleshoot it.

I tested on a vanilla WordPress using only Forminator and default theme.

Could you create a staging website and run a full plugin and theme conflict test following this flow:

Thanks for the new links, Patrick. I will create a staging site, and follow the flow as you suggest. If I run into any questions along the way, I will be sure to ask. Otherwise, when complete, I will report back what I find.

Update: Got the staging site up and running. Sent a test form before making any changes or turning off plugins. I then remembered Outlook is our SMTP server and that is locked to specific urls and a whole bunch of other stuff. Bottom line: The form got sent, but never arrived. I’m sure it got designated as spam and therefore blocked from going on.

Am now looking into a temp SMTP server for the staging site.

Edit: Yep, just saw this in my staging site:

EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.8.0 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

Mailer: Outlook
invalid_client
AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application

I found the culprit. WPMU Dev support supplied me with a mu-plugin, written to remove dashes that got inserted into conditional fields. (That other thread is around here somewhere)

Apparently the updates to Forminator now make this mu-plugin obsolete.

Here’s the code from the file that I deleted:
