Conditional Display widget like CoSchedule's current home page

Hi All,

This may not be the right place for this question, but would anyone know of a plugin that would prompt for feedback, then conditionally display subsequent content on the home page like CoSchedule’s endlessly brilliant home page does currently?

I’ve seen that X Theme has several behaviors that could mimic basically everything after that prompting, but showing essentially three different home pages to three different target audiences is very interesting, and I’m wondering if anyone is aware of a way to do this already, without too much custom coding.
