Conditional Email Routing if Different Language Detected

Hello Everyone,

In the process of Translating our website to other languages. For the Elementor built forms on the site, is there a way to set a conditional event so that if a certain language is detected and displayed, that a different person can receive the form submissions? For example, if French is detected, then our guy down in Montreal would receive the submission.

We have a paid subscription to TranslatePress and got it working with Google Cloud Translation API. Hoping to set a Condition or possibly add a Script of some kind that if the French is detected for example, then the Submission will goto our French Sales person.

Hope such a condition exists.
