Conditional Field not appearing on quote page

Hi There

I have added a conditional field text field to my product variations, using the Advaced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce?plugin. Unfortunatly the data submitted in that text field does not appear on the quote page.

Here you can see the datat I entered being 1111111

But when you go to the quote page that data does not show in the request.

And it also doesnt show on the orders form.

I can think of two solutions, 1) Please show me how to get the submitted text onto my site or 2) Please advise a custom field plugin that permits text values for variations that your plugin will work with.
