I had a couple of reports of this on the Conditional Fields support forum. The temporary solution is to use method 1 instead of method 2.

If you go to Contact -> PayPal & Stripe Settings -> Other tab. You can set the redirect method. Redirect method 2 disables the Contact Form 7 JavaScript, which I believe is causing the issue on your site. Please use method 1 and it should fix the problem.
