    Hello,

    I am interesting in purchasing this plugin, but am wondering, can I create conditional fields within the ticket form?

    For example, I would like some fields to show only if a certain option is chosen in a dropdown or radio button previously in the form.

    Hi,

    JS Help Desk support depended fields.

    Create combo box and then create dependent field on base of combo box.

    When combo box value change, dependent field reload its values.

    You can check it in free version also.

    Show/hide fields on base other field is not available.
