Conditional Fields and File Uploads

    Having issues displaying specified text if file upload IS NOT empty. Any ideas how to do this correctly?

    I have tried few things, such as:

    Form Tab:

    [mfile upload-file-258 limit:10485760 filetypes:jpg|jpeg|png|gif|pdf|doc|docx|ppt|pptx|odt|avi|ogg|m4a|mov|mp3|mp4|mpg|wav|and|wmv max-file:10 id:uploadDocs]
[group group-file-status]
    [group no-files-uploaded]<strong>No files have been uploaded</strong>[/group]
    [group yes-files-uploaded]<strong>Files have been uploaded</strong>[/group]
[/group]

    Mail Tab:

    [no-files-uploaded]<strong>No files have been uploaded</strong>[/no-files-uploaded]
[yes-files-uploaded]<strong>Files have been uploaded</strong>[/yes-files-uploaded]

    Conditional Fields Tab:

    [no-files-uploaded] > [upload-file-258] > equals = <em>value</em>
[yes-files-uploaded] > [upload-file-258] > not equals = <em>value</em>

    Any ideas? Thank you.
