Conditional Fields are not working

Hi,
I am trying to create a conditional field for my woocommerce product.
This is how it should work.

The Client selects Phone Brand.
If brand is iPhone for example
Should show another select field for iPhone Model.

My problem is that the second field is not showing!!
I have checked everything.
