Conditional Fields does not work

Good morning

The plugin has stopped working. I see that the js files are not being loaded at all. I have cleared all caches and disabled the plugin (Supercache) but they are still not loading. I also tried to manually load the scripts. When i did so, there were js errors in the console coming from scripts_admin.js.

How should i proceed with this?
