Conditional fields in ‘Contact Form 7 is not working

Hi ,
Just I have installed Conditional fields for Contact Form 7 plugin. actually, my requirement is when I check the checkbox, based on the condition the other fields will open. but I’m trying to select the conditional field group, it’s not working. even am not able to select the any of the fields(text, select, tel). can you please help me out.
