Conditional fields not showing with bootstrap class

Hi,
I used the plugin for showing “Regione”, “Provincia” and “Comune” in my form and everything was right until I inserted bootstrap classes (with scripts in header and footer of the theme). Now the conditional fields doesn’t show. Is there a problem of compatibility? I think something is wrong with my js, but I’m not very expert. Can you help me find a solution?
