Conditional Fields Plugin not working

    I bought the Full Premium Package and I have some problems with the plugins. The conditional fields plugin is not working at all because I am not able to add a conditional field to a form. Every time I try to activate the “Conditional Fields” option, both fields “Enabled” and “Disabled” are activated and I am not able to save the form.

    Apply Online version: 2.6.5, Auto-Update
