Conditional fields replaces my last created condition

Hello,

I have a very weird issue. Since the UI changed for Conditional fields I am having a problem – if I add a new condition it replaces the most recent one. Creating another one gives the same result. It looks like there is some kind of limit but I don’t think there should be any. I have 24 conditions which is not overwhelming amount. Can you help me please?

I am using Ultimate Addons for Contact Form plugin.
