Conditional Load

    Plugin works fine, just need to add conditional load.

    It loads google-captcha/css/gglcptch.css unncessarily on all pages regardless if a login exists or not

    Thank you for your review.

    CSS styles have to be added in the document head for the correct work.
    We can’t know in advance, if Google Captcha will be present on the page because some themes and plugins may use AJAX for content loading.
    Thus, we have to add the styles to avoid any possible issues.
