Hi, I’m very interested in your plugin, the pro version.

    I Have two questions :

    – Is it possible to set Conditional logic between field ?
For example, I have a Category Dropdown, and, if the “category 3” is picked, appears a secon Dropdown with custom field such as “Sub Category 3”, and I can select a sub category in this field. At the end, I Have 2 Dropdown field, but the second appears according to the choice of the first. If I select first the “category 1”, then a “sub category 1” dropdown field appears, with others option.
Every Form plugin can do this, but I don’t know about search plugin.

    – I saw that you can use dropdown with Chosen, but it doesn’t work on mobile and tablet… Is there a way to make it compatible, or remplacing Chosen with Select2 or Selectize, because they are able to run with mobile and tablet.

Thanks a lot for your Time, Have a Nice Day =)

    Hey olileo

    To answer your questions:

    1) Take a look at the demo – this is not possible. What will be possible in the next version of pro (being worked on right now) if you take a look at the demo again, when you select say GenreAction (5) – all the other elements on the form will refresh, and hide options that are not available in the search results – as Action has only 5 films the ratings dropdown would show only the available ratings for the 5 action films in the search results – this will happen with all form elements, but you cannot have different fields for categories and sub categories.

    2) You’re right and this is something thats come up a few times – the guys at chosen say this is intended behaviour because native mobile multiselect would be better – but in some cases I disagree.

I’m looking into possibly changing this – but I think its possible you could load a plain multiselect with S&F and add your own JS (ie select2) yourself and get them to work with S&F.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks

@designsandcode has the new version with conditional logic been released yet?
