Conditional Logic for Roles

Hi,

Intro:
I have several roles relating to membership roles. When a user signs up they are assigned a role depending on their membership status. We have a default Welcome email notification that is sent on new registrations. Works perfectly.

Requirement:
I have purchased the Conditional Logic Expansion Plugin … I would like to have a different Welcome email notification sent to a user depending on the user/membership role that have been assigned to. How is this done? I have tried various options with no results.

Currently I have set the condition to “Merge tag” = {user_role} ; “Operator” = “is equal to” ; Value = “Customer” (or any other role name)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
