I am exploring. Can we do conditional logic (If-then) in Form Maker please?

I mean, if certain button or selection is activated, then show extra-group of form items. Those form items are by-default hidden.

Or can we do go from Form 1 to Form 2 or Form 3 depending on the answers given or selected on Form 1?

    Appreciate sharing and pointers.

    Hi, @mattkwok!

    Thanks for posting your question!

You can do this with Conditional Fields of Form Maker plugin. Go to Form Options > Conditional Fields tab, then click Add Condition to start the setup.

For instance, you have Contact Method field, which the submitter uses to select preferred way of communication. If you need to show Email field if Contact Method is set to Email, this is how you should set the condition formula:

[Show] [Email field] if [all] of the following match:
    [Contact Method] is [Email]

But please note, that this will work on a single form. Unfortunately it is not possible to pass values from one form to another and configure conditions this way.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
