Conditional Logic Is Not Working

    Does the conditional logic option not work with Dropdown fields?

    I’ve 3 options in the dropdown and I want 2 additional text fields to show only when one of the options from the dropdown is selected.

    But for some reason, it doesn’t seem to work. Am I missing any setting?

    Any help is much appreciated.
