Conditional logic not working on My account address page

We added some checkout fields where one is a checkbox and if this one is checked 4 more fields will appear, where one is a required field.

On the checkout page this works perfect.

But on the account address page the fields are already shown, so the checkbox check isn’t working. It’s not hiding the fields when not checked. And the required field is in every way required.

How can we fix this?
