Conditional logic with simple relation field

Hi I have a Pod that has a simple relation field with 2 values:
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Guides
Tours</span>
and another field that has to show up in the pod form only if <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Tours</span> is selected. I added in the conditional logic option of the field the following:
[Type of guide] -> [is (id/value)] -> [Tours]
that, didn’t work. When I change the option to:
[Type of guide] -> [is not blank]
works perfectly when I select any of the options.

What should be the value for the option to work only if Tours is selected?
