I am new to this plugin but before posting I looked at documentation AND watched your video on conditional logic closely.

I have not been able to get conditional “show of fields” to work with a checkbox group.

I have a field called “Preferred contact method” with three checkbox options:
    > Mobile
    > Email
    > Post

I have another single line text field for capturing the email and another text field for phone number. These are conditionally set to show if the above field group value ‘contains‘ Email or Mobile respectively.

A person can choose multiple contact methods so it is feasible both of these extra text fields will be toggled to show if their respective checkbox is set.

On preview none of this conditional fields are shown.

In an attempt to see what the checkbox field group was returning as a value I created a variable ‘Userprefs’ which I set as a DEFAULT value for a basic field… in the hope I would see the value rendered/changed live.

This variable is also not working, the text field is not showing a default value at all.

    Is it me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@anchaal05 Whilst I respect your response; it would still be prudent to give a basic answer in this forum that conveyed your confidence the plugin can and should provide that functionality.

I was testing the plugin for a client before purchase. As it failed in the test it is difficult for me to argue buying it when it is already proving unsuitable.

Thanks for suggestions on alternate support points.

It just seems a pity a pre-sales issue can’t be solved by the people who have the answers at the ready. I will need to go a different path and use a plugin I can in test-flight prove suitability.
