Restrict payment method by date at variation level

    Hi,

    Is it possible to restrict payment method by date at variation level using a plugin?

    So for my client here is what I would like to do:

    Product variation xxxxx to use only PayPal and not Bank Transfer after 1/6/22.
    Product variation yyyyy to use only PayPal and not Bank Transfer after 9/9/22.
    Product variation zzzzz to use only PayPal and not Bank Transfer after 11/10/22.

    As far as I can see from documentation, Conditional Payment Methods For WooCommerce unfortunately does not do this.
