    @techcc – Currently this would need to be done using JS and a cookie. But we are working to add these types of targeting in the future. Not sure where it will end up though, whether it will be part of advanced targeting or something else.

    You can do it via JS by setting a cookie and checking for it each page load, once its been detected twice trigger the popup.

    How would you design the code for setting the cookie and the trigger after a certain amount of times?
