Conditional Popup Plugin?

  • I need a popup plugin that will do exactly the following:

    -popup when user lands on any page on the site
    -if a user fills out the initial popup the popup does not reappear
    -if a user does not fill out the initial popup, the popup comes up again in X number of seconds

    the plugin has to accept custom html as I am using a formstack form to accomplish this wacky workflow

    I was sure this already existed but I’m having the hardest time finding it.

    Can anyone help?
