Conditional price with radio buttons

Hello,

Is somehow possible to add some conditional logic to those radio buttons? I need this: When a click the last option (radio button) I want the first one with zero price, something like discount for that client chosen the most expensive option. I tried javascript and was looking for some hooks, but I was not successful.
