conditional rules not work in date picker

    hi, I have is my problem:
    I have this simple form where I can set date by field date:
    WEB SITE FORM
    I want to show a simple text if I select date ONLY from 2022-01-01 to 2022-03-30.
    I have tested some combination but not work!
    Now this is my conditional logic set:
    STAMP CONDITIONAL RULES
    Where is the error?
