conditional send not working as expected

    we are having trouble with the conditional send when the form process the data, we have the store selection drop down with conditional email send. where for specific stores we use different flow. eg. for the store selection of adrian , i have a logic to trigger the condition to process zapier action a, for the store leland it is supposed to process zapier action b (i have added dont process action b when store selction section set to adrian allowing it to run), while if i create another condition action for processing action a to be only runnigng when the store choice of adrian is made it runs even for the leland option but incase i set it to dont process when store selection is equal to leland it fails and the action isnt processed. Let me know what is causing this issue.
