Conditional tags for Events page are not working. Please help!

Hello, I need to add some extra blocks on header of Plugin Event Category and Event Page. Tried with,
is_category(‘events’);
is_page(‘events’);
is_page_template(“Events”);
etc…Anyone please tell me, how can I detect once I am in plugin Event Category or Event page.
