Conditional way to show comments bubble only if there is 1 comment or more?

  • Hi, if you take a look at my site https://thechinaobserver.com , you will see the comment bubble at the top of each post.

    I would like to know if I can code it into the website so that the bubble only appears if there is 1 or more comment, and if there are 0 comments, we just have a link at the bottom of the post that reads “Add Comment”, but without the top bubble.

    Any ideas?
