Conditionnal filed not working

Hello, I have problem since the last update.
Conditional fields don’t show up when I click on checkbox field Other. They show up just when I click on standard placeholder for email and first name.

The theme or a plugin you are using seems to be killing the events (onClick, onChange) that should be triggered when a checkbox changes state. Because these events aren’t fired, the Conditional Fields plugin does not know when something has changes, and will not update the groups.
The theme/plugin author of the fancy looking checkboxes code, should be able to fix this.
