conditions of theme

Hi,

Could you tell me what conditions template must have to work with this plugin? When I activated theme Twenty Eleven transitions works good but when changed on my own theme (I mean created by myself and also some another authors) it doesn’t work at all. What could be wrong?
The same problem I noticed in some similiar plugin
