I downloaded and installed Form Manager recently. I have created an excellent Form, except the conditions I have entered for 2 fields to appear/not appear are just not working. The fields I need hidden display constantly.

The form is located here: https://anne-pottinger.com/blog-design-request-form/

The 2 fields I have entered conditions for are:

“If ‘Yes’ enter your domain name (if ‘Yes’ is the selected answer to
“Do you already have a domain name?”

    and

“If ‘Yes’ who is your web host? (if ‘Yes’ is the selected answer to
“Do you have a hosting account?”

I am running WP version 3.2 (the latest version) and the Form Manager I downloaded is version 1.5.29

I have tried disabling all my other plugins to see if there is a conflict, but it didn’t resolve the problem.

I have also tried making the fields required, but this didn’t work either.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

That is a bug with the ‘radio button’ style lists. I’ll have an update shortly. BTW If you make them dropdowns the conditions should work as expected.

Thank you very much for the very fast reply. With the changed selection option, the fields now work beautifully. A great plugin ??

    Thanks…

If you want to switch back to radio buttons, I fixed the bug in version 1.6.0.

Wow, what great service you provide. Thank so much. ??

Edit: Updated to the new version, switched back to radio buttons and it works just great.
