    Hello,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post, although I am facing a conflict with Elementor (great plugin by the way) and the “Woocommerce Email Verification” plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-confirmation-email/)!

To be more precise, the problem appears when both plugins are activated and the user tries to register. After the registration, he will get an email with a verification link! Although, when he clicks the “Resend verification email” link, the email that he gets is the “My Account” page which is obviously the wrong content! Feel free to try it yourself!

When I disable the Elementor plugin, he gets the right mail (the email with the verification link). Is there anything that I can do in order to make both plugins workable at the same time??

    Thanks in advance. ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I think you’ll get better answers by talking to the Email Verification plugin support, as it is their plugin that is failing. While Elementor may play a part in the conflict, my guess is that the email verification plugin will contain the code that needs to be changed.

I see that they have recently changed hands, with a new company taking over the development and support, and they are actively asking for users to send support questions and ideas. I’m sure they would be happy to try to solve this for you.

Thank you for your prompt response!
Although, I have already sent them an email and they replied that they cannot look into it due to bandwidth issue. :/
Do you have another plugin in mind with which I could replace this email verification plugin in case that Elementor team cannot give me a solution?
    Thank you again!

I’m sorry I don’t use that type of plugin so I don’t know what might be an acceptable replacement. Hopefully someone here can help. If not, try one of the Facebook Woocommerce groups. They might have good suggestions.
