config my.cnf for speed up wordpress

    all the cms are very good load
    but the wordpress have very bad load time
    The server load is 0
    I re-installed the php and apache
    Php 5.3 is already installed but the problem is not resolved
    Please help me to configure mysql
    In the file / etc / my.nf into what amounts to a problem to be resolved

    8 GB of RAM
    8-core 2 GHz CPU hardware
    2 Hard Raid 1
