Configpress is not working

Hi

I have a _visitor role to manage the guests access. I put on configpress the follow but for some reason isn’t working.

[frontend]
access.deny.redirect = “https://localhost/artech/restricted-area”

Also I went to the plug in folder and I saw that in the config.ini file the command I gave in configpress is written inside the file.

I am working on localhost.
