Thanks for using my plugin!

Unfortunately, no this plugin is designed only to add content inside the existing emails which are automatically sent out from WooCommerce. Each stage of the WooCommerce order process has an associated email, and this plugin can embed content inside of those emails.

As of this time there is no conditional check for what shipping method the Customer has chosen, and that choice is not considered when adding content inside the transactional emails.

There may be a paid plugin which can accomplish what you need.
