Configuración Checkbox mailrelay

  • We want to integrate a wordpress form with the mailrelay newsletter tool using the 3rd party services plugin.
    We want to achieve that depending on which checkbox the user marks in the form, the form data is saved in a group or another, that is, that each checkbox belongs to a group.

    We can’t get this to work, what configuration of the plugin would have to be correct to ensure that if a checkbox is checked, the form data is saved in the group of subscribers associated with that form?
